I. BOOK THE DATE: a non-refundable 50% deposit is due at the time of the booking. Submit the rest of your payment on the day of the session.

II. PREPARE: to make sure your session is personalized to you and your family I will ask you to fill in a questionnaire which will help me to get to know you better and plan a perfect session. Meeting someone in person and having a real life conversation can help to build a sense of trust and I am happy to offer 30 min meeting before session to discuss your vision and create the idea of the photo shoot.

IV. Non-usage fee (confidentiality) is 30% of the total amount due for photography coverage. As a creator and copyright holder of the images leveraging my photos in a marketing capacity is vital to be able to keep my business running at this stage.
V. CANCELLATION: deposits are non-refundable. If reschedule is necessary due to inclement weather, illness, personal or family emergency, the new session date should be scheduled as soon as possible.
